  • The client is responsible for reviewing and approving proofs before production. Once a client approves a proof, any errors found post-print and production will not be eligible for refunds or replacements at our expense.
  • Clients are responsible for the full payment of their orders. Payment must be made before production or as agreed upon in the contract.
  1. Design Services
  • Our design services encompass various creative solutions tailored to the client’s needs.
  • Design files provided to the client remain the intellectual property of Paint With The Heart Publishing Company until otherwise agreed upon.
  1. Product Creation
  • Product creation involves the development and production of physical or digital goods as specified in the contract.
  • All product specifications and details must be agreed upon and documented in writing before production begins.
  1. Copywriting and Copyrights
  • Any copywriting provided by Paint With The Heart Publishing Company is subject to copyright laws.
  • Clients must obtain permission or rights to use any copyrighted materials in their projects, and we are not responsible for any copyright infringement issues that may arise.
  1. Marketing Services
  • Marketing services are designed to enhance the client’s brand presence and may involve various strategies and techniques.
  • All marketing campaigns are subject to the client’s approval and can be adjusted based on feedback and changing requirements.
  1. Brand Development
  • Brand development services are aimed at creating a unique and compelling brand identity for the client.
  • The client is responsible for providing input and feedback throughout the brand development process.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • Any intellectual property created by Paint With The Heart Publishing Company, including but not limited to designs, copywriting, copyrights, and marketing materials, may be used by the client only as specified in the contract.
  1. Confidentiality
  • Paint With The Heart Publishing Company agrees to keep all client information and project details confidential, except as required by law.
  1. Termination
  • Either party may terminate the services provided under the contract with written notice, subject to any applicable termination fees or outstanding payments.
  1. Governing Law
  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.
